Smile and Say, Duggars!
The Duggar's traveled 1 hour to Joplin, MO to host a fundraiser to
encourage mother's who had been affected by the May 2011
tornado there during Mother's Day weekend.
The people in attendance got a one of a kind opportunity to
have dinner with the Duggar Family. When they returned home,
Scott Enlow took pictures of the whole family including Grandma Duggar,
Anna, Mackynzie, and Michael. This was their first family portrait
after Michael was born in June of 2011. The girls are more self-concious
than the boys while getting their pictures taken.
Josie displayed her strong personality by not cooperating during pictures.
She finally gave one of her killer smiles and the pictures
turned out to be a success.
Duggars Dinner Party:
The Duggar's invited the Pope Family, who's son spent time in the NICU
with Josie over to dinner. He was 12 weeks early and born on
Josie's due date, March 18, 2010.Their first invitation didn't work out
due to miss communication on the Duggar's part.
Jim Bob, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah, and Jeremiah
helped Josh move cars from his Taco lot to his new location.
While Josh's siblings and father were helping Josh at the car lot,
Mackynzie helped Anna make cookies for Josh. Almost 3 year old
Mackynzie loves cookie dough and was getting samples of it
when she could. She loves to entertain Michael.
Anna said that, "Mackynzie is a great big sister. I think sometimes she
thinks that she is his mommy."Anna, Mackynzie, and Michael
delivered the cookies to Josh and his helpers at the car lot.
Josh was very grateful and praised Mackynzie for bringing them to him.
Later, the Duggars finally got together with the Pope Family and are
surprised how big their son, Samuel has gotten.Samuel and Josie
loved playing together. The Duggars and Popes exchanged pictures of
their time in the NICU. Michelle also taught Sarah Pope
how to make their famous Tator Tot Casserole Recipe and it was a big hit!
